Manufacture & Delivery Information

Each one of our hand made bespoke rugs are custom made to the highest standard.

• Manufacture and delivery takes approximately 10-14 days from receipt of your order.

• We will always try to get your rug to you as fast as possible and contact you to arrange a preferred delivery date soon as it is ready to be dispatched.

• Delivery anywhere on the UK mainland is Free.

• All deliveries take place Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm but we can also arrange delivery on a Saturday for an additional cost. This option can be selected at the checkout before paying.

• For International destinations, delivery cost is calculated at the cart/checkout. International deliveries take approx. 14-30 days.

Payment Methods

Credit card - Online

Payment can be made securely online at the Natural Rug Store - This is done through our partner RBS Worldpay - All major credit cards or debit cards are accepted. Card payments can be taken 24 hours a day, 7 days week and transactions are 100% secure.

Credit Card - Using Telephone

You can also pay by credit card over the telephone. Please place your order first online and choose 'Telephone/Fax order' at the checkout after providing us with your address and delivery information. One of our friendly customer service representatives will call you to process your payment.

Paypal

You can now pay online by Paypal as an alternative. Simply place your order first online and select 'Paypal' as your method of payment at the checkout after providing us with your address and delivery information.

Cheque

If paying by cheque, please place your order first online and choose 'Telephone/Fax order' at the checkout after providing us with your address and delivery information. One of our friendly customer service representatives will call you to arrange payment by cheque.

All cheques must be payable to 'Style International Ltd' - please include your order reference number on the back.

Ordering Samples

The Natural Rug Store provides complementary material swatches for up to 4 rugs.

Ordering samples is easy, find a rug you like from one of our collections or create your own using the Rug Builder, then click 'order sample' directly below the rug to request your samples.

*Note: While our 8cm² swatches are only some of the raw materials we use to make your rug and do not represent the high quality finished product, they will help you select the right colours and styling.

We aim to get your complementary samples to you within 2-3 working days.
